Missed it

Hi, I wish I could give you a great review, but unfortunately, West Jet wouldn't let us board our flight on Sunday morning, as we were late and missed their cut off check in time. We had lots of hiccups that morning and in my opinion, we still had plenty of time to get on that plane, but apparently, they have their "guidelines" to follow, so we were refused boarding, and no other options were available to get out of town that were feasible, so our vacation in Florida was cancelled abruptly. The game looked great from the comfort of my couch at home in Toronto, but I sure would have liked to be there to cheer on my team! Sorry for your loss!
